Old Kathleen Ranch
Old Kathleen Ranch (OKR), formerly owned by Kathleen Land and Cattle Company, is located in one of Colorado’s most scenic valleys between the expansive South Park Basin and Eleven Mile Reservoir on the North, the soaring Pikes Peak Range on the East, and Four Mile Valley and Cripple Creek on the South. OKR is subdivided into 100 lots, with an average of 35 acres each. Owners in Old Kathleen Ranch strive to promote conservation, provide open space for grazing, and to continue the heritage of ranch life.
We are located about 6 miles east of the small town of Guffey, Colorado and about 80 miles from Breckenridge, Colorado. Canon City and the Royal Gorge are only 40 miles away from OKR.
