Old Kathleen Ranch (OKR), formerly owned by Kathleen Land and Cattle Company, is located in one of Colorado’s most scenic valleys between the expansive South Park Basin and Eleven Mile Reservoir on the North, the soaring Pikes Peak Range on the East, and Four Mile Valley and Cripple Creek on the South. OKR is subdivided into 100 lots, with an average of 35 acres each. Many owners have several lots in Old Kathleen Ranch in an effort to promote conservation, provide open space for grazing, and to continue the heritage of ranch life.

A 30 minute drive away is Cripple Creek, Colorado’s world famous gold camp. We are only minutes away from 11 Mile Reservoir, Pike National Forest and Spinney Mountain Reservoir. Colorado Springs is an hour and a half away from the private and beautiful mountain setting.
